2. We call you — we'll reach out to confirm size, materials, hardware, and what we have available. Nothing gets built until we agree on it.
3. We build them — roughly 4 weeks from the day we finalize your design.

Changed your mind?

Your order is fully refundable up until production begins. If we can't agree on a build, or you change your mind before we start cutting, email hello@ghum.us and we'll refund you in full.

Once production begins, the boots are final sale — each pair is built to your specification from sourced materials.
